When choosing a route, distinguish between IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections, then verify the connection against the target service’s regional rules. Peak-hour traffic, your local network, and platform policies can all affect performance. A route type alone does not guarantee speed or access.
If something goes wrong, first check your subscription status and client settings, then determine whether the issue is a failed connection, a website error, or an account-region restriction. When switching routes, keep the test conditions consistent and avoid changing multiple settings at once. For help, submit a ticket through the user panel with the platform, route, and error details. Do not share your password or full subscription URL.

No-Logs Policy and Minimal Data Collection
U8VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account use follows a data-minimization approach: no email address is required; get started with a username and password. Quantum encryption is a security claim used to describe the service, not a guarantee against every risk involving devices, websites, or accounts.
Information needed to manage accounts and orders is limited to what is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
